SHIPPING POLICY – SILEX MEN

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details


2. SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders (optional – keep if you want)

  • A small shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.


4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes

  • Additional charges may apply

  • Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid order cancellation


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email

  • You can track your order in real-time


6. DELIVERY ISSUES

If you face any issues such as:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Package marked delivered but not received

Please contact us within 48 hours, and we will assist you.


7. ADDRESS & CONTACT DETAILS

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect details


8. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

You may be required to pay shipping charges again for re-delivery.
