RETURN & REFUND POLICY – SILEX MEN

At SILEX MEN, we take pride in delivering premium quality products. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. RETURNS

We offer returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used products

  • Products without original packaging/tags

  • Items purchased during sale/clearance (if applicable)

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer size exchange (subject to availability).

  • Request must be made within 7 days

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable)

  • If size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product delivered

Once approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to original payment method

5. STORE CREDIT

In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit, which can be used on future purchases.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping may be charged depending on the case
